To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid Indian mobile number. You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits can be purchased as pay-as-you-go or through subscription plans
• Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire
• Subscription credits reset monthly; unused credits may roll over for up to 3 months
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST
• Refunds are handled as per our Refund Policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

Content generated using our AI agents is owned by you, subject to:

• Compliance with these Terms
• Applicable third-party licenses for any underlying models
• Our right to use anonymized data for service improvement

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
• Suspend accounts that violate these Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgenticWorkflows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and should be reviewed before use in critical applications.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgenticWorkflows from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
